Our job is to align your talent with the business strategies of an organisation, but it does not stop there. Our next goal is to get the right mix. We then interview within the company to examine its values, wants and needs. It is very seldom that businesses do not know who they want; they usually feel strongly about who to hire and who to keep, and are not afraid to reject high-calibre candidates because they lack the key behaviours or skills that define their organisation.
This is why our role is important in the Talent Broking, for both clients and candidates, as we are able to identify and ‘pin-point’ what behavioural attributes the client is looking for and what behavioural attributes the candidate has.
